The staff here are really pleasant, a quick walk to the beach and close to the spa, and the prices are affordable with the airport not being too far away.

The location of the hotel is ideal, as it is close to everything and situated right in the jungle. the rooms are clean and comfortable, with nice amenities such as a refrigerator and a terrace with table and chairs. the staff is friendly and helpful, providing great service and directions. the breakfast options are delicious, especially at the attached restaurant. the view from some rooms is spectacular, overlooking the beautiful grounds and jungle.
The hotel could improve on addressing issues with the plumbing, such as toilets backing up and shower heads not functioning properly.
